Cancellation Policy
Your treatment at Spa la Vie is reserved just for you. We limit all online booking up to 3 months in advance to ensure you have your desired spot. As a small business, a cancellation policy supports the costs of the business to ensure it can maintain operations and the livelihood of our team members when last minute changes arise.
Our policy:
Any appointment that need to be cancelled/rescheduled must be done no later than 24 hours before the time of your appointment. Past this time frame, you will be charged 50% of your cancelled appointment cost. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments or refunded under ANY circumstances. In the event that you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost and the amount cannot be refunded or applied to future services under ANY circumstances. All policy fee's must be paid to resume any future appointments. Spa la Vie reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist.

Our booking site gives you an accurate look at our schedule. If you are not seeing a time you want, that time is already reserved by another guest. To reserve your ideal spot, we suggest booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Evening appointments are very limited, and can be booked a month in advance. Currently we only have 1 Esthetician available on Saturdays .

Treatment times are reserved especially for you! We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. We understand that sometimes in life we can forget and we have been very generous in the past, however, this has cost us valuable time and money. Cancellations & No Show will be charged FULL PRICE for the missed session, No EXCEPTIONS. Rescheduling the day of your appointment is the same as a late cancellation and will be charged.

Our treatment rooms are designed for one guest.

Most of our services require very little prep. However, there are a few steps we suggest;
Arrive with little to no makeup - since most of our services are for the face - it will need to be removed anyway.
Wear comfortable clothes - if tanning we suggest dark, loose fitting clothes to avoid the tan rubbing off.
Waxing services require at least 2 weeks of hair growth
Body scrubs & spray tans - we recommend not shaving the day of, instead make sure you do any hair removal at least the day before

Payments - We are CASHLESS & accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or 3rd party gift cards (i.e., Spa Finder or Spa Wish) at this time.
Refunds - As a service based business ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products, services, packages/series, promotional services or gift certificate sales are absolutely non-refundable. This also includes any deposits for last minute cancellations and missed appointments. There are NO REFUNDS on any services we have already performed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to correct it. Corrections must be made within 72 hrs of the original appointment.

A credit card is REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. It is customary in any business where reservations are taken to keep a credit card on file in the event that you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or you 'No Show' your appointment. (For our cancellation/ no show policy see below). Your card is not charged during the reservation process.
