Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a teacher to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Personal, private yoga lessons are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest.
Personal instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.
Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of achieving a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The movements of the yoga postures are coordinated with the breath to bring an internal unity to the pose. When practicing yoga in this way, each stretch becomes a vehicle for self-awareness.
An attitude of attention, care and non-criticism is important; limitations are acknowledged and calmly, patiently improved to work with the body, and never against it. Maintaining a regular hatha yoga practice stretches and aligns the body to promote balance and flexibility, and can increase circulation in the organs, glands, and tissues. Other benefits such as decreased stress, improved sleep and digestion, and a general improvement in well-being are also typically experienced.

NEW CLASS Kundalini A combination of exercises and meditations that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. There are three basic components to Kundalini Yoga: 1) physical postures which include yogic stretching and movement; 2) breathing exercises which support the processing of feelings, controlling moods, and deepening concentration; and 3) mantra (sound) and meditation exercises that work to direct and discipline the mind.

Gentle Slow Flow /Restorative If you prefer a slow pace that you can keep up with without losing your breath, still get a good workout and stretch and whether you are a seasoned yogi or a brand new newbie - this is your class.
Great for beginners and for those who prefer less cardio in their practice. Gentle, Slow Flow Yoga incorporates a focus on alignment with slow, fluid movements, held a little longer thoughout the thoughtfully curated sequences. This is great so a new student can learn the safe way to practice and a great mindful check in for the experienced yogi to re-connect with themselves.
Often there is an even split between seated, floor poses and a few balance standing poses, sometimes more floor work (maybe 60/40 split).
This class creates deep relaxation while increasing mobility, flexibility and strength - without straining the muscles and joints. Often body aches and pain begin to disappear after only a few weeks of practicing. All levels are welcome in this calming, laid-back practice.

Strengthen and relaxing, the practice will build endurance and strength designed to revitalize and restore your body, relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress.
These classes use movement and breath together to produce a "flow" to create a deep restorative practice that recognizes each student's individual strengths and limitations.
Classes offer creative and unique sequences of poses that flow together while giving the option of modifications. Variations are given to accommodate everyone.
Om Before Home Through this class we invite you to find awareness, release and inner peace through movement and breath. Accessible to all levels, including beginners, gentle & dynamic flow is combined to help find alignment in our bodies, and within ourselves. In an all too busy world it is crucial to take time to find release in the practice while we build stability and balance. Each class will begin by centering into intention with a guided meditation and end in peaceful Savasana.
Mindful Morning Vinyasa Start your day with connection to yourself. Through connection and vinyasa flow we will awaken to the day of our individual possibilities. Morning movements allow you to release physical, emotional, and spiritual tension that has built-up; allowing you to take this strength with you throughout your day. All levels welcome.

LATE ARRIVALS - Out of respect to other students and instructor, entry will not be permitted 5 minutes after class start time.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW - No Shows and Cancellations of less than 6 hours will be deducted a class from either your class card or membership.
