Please read our appointment policies below prior to scheduling

*Please be patient; We only have three beautiful, cozy treatment rooms that book up quickly. To reserve your ideal spot, we strongly suggest booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Evenings & Saturdays we suggest booking at least 4 weeks. Keep this in mind if reserving prior to a special event or vacation. Do not wait until the last minute or week of to schedule!!

Due to high demand, Lash Extensions are currently booking 4 weeks in advance.

Reservations - A credit card is required to hold all appointment reservations. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your scheduled appointment, or cancel day of. (Please do not enter your Groupon Voucher number)

Parties - We love that you and your friends want to spend a day with us. Please keep in mind that we have only 3 cozy treatment rooms & an intimate staff of individually licensed therapists. At this time we are not booking groups of 4 or more guests.

ARRIVAL - Our appointments that have all been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service, For first time guests, we suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to check in and fill out paperwork or choose nail colors.

LATE ARRIVALS: Your late arrival will limit our ability to offer you the fullest experience possible. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be extended and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. As a courtesy, If you are running behind, please call us prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS- Treatment times are reserved especially for you! We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 72 hours in advance for multiple treatments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be charged 50% of the service total. Thank you for respecting our time, and others who wish to have the appointment time.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS - We understand that sometimes in life we can forget. We simply ask that if you miss your appointment, please call to reschedule. However, you may be charged for the full amount of the service total or lose your groupon voucher if we do not hear from you by end of business that day. (For groupon vouchers for a series, the missed appointment will be deducted.)
