Morning Vinyasa Flow

Start your day with connection to yourself. Through connection and vinyasa flow we will awaken to the day of our individual possibilities.

Morning movements allow you to release physical, emotional, and spiritual tension that has built-up; allowing you to take this strength with you throughout your day. All levels welcome.

Bring a mat and water. Blocks and straps are optional.

If you have any physical concerns please discuss with your yoga instructor prior to class
