Spa Etiquette

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

A credit card is required to hold all appointment reservations. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your scheduled appointment, or cancel within 24 hours prior.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Treatment times are reserved especially for you! We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 72 hours in advance for multiple treatments. Cancellations less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service total. Thank you for respecting our time, and others who wish to have the appointment time. Missed/No Show - We understand that sometimes in life we can forget. We simply ask that if you miss your appointment, please call to reschedule. However, you will be charged the full amount of your service total if we do not hear from you by end of business that day.

CHECK-IN:

We do suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out necessary forms without taking up your appointment time. We do not have a receptionist, but instead each therapist takes the responsibilities of that role between appointments. Late Arrivals -All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Payments & Refunds:

Payments - We accept cash and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or 3rd party gift cards (i.e., Spa Finder or Spa Wish) at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Refunds - We regret that ALL products, services, packages/series, programs, promotional services or gift certificate sales are absolutely non-refundable. We will be happy to hold the service amount to a gift certificate for future use. There are NO REFUNDS on any services we have already performed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to fix any issues you may have.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please notify our spa if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or special needs that would affect your choice of services. This information will be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa.

FACILITIES:

We have 3 cozy treatment rooms that book up quickly. To reserve your ideal spot we suggest booking 2-3 weeks in advance (Evenings & Saturdays at least 4 weeks). Although, shorter appointments, like waxing, are easier to accomodate. We have lockers and changing areas for all our guests. Showers are conveniently located in all treatment rooms.

Treatment Room & Whisper Policy

For the relaxation of all guests, we ask that you kindly use a whisper voice in our lounge and treatment rooms. Cell phone are not to be used while in the treatment room or lounge area.

Privacy - We respect every client's wishes for privacy and modesty. All massages  and treatments are done with full draping. Robe and slippers are available upon arrival to the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment. Disposable undergarments may be provided at your request.

Therapists - Your service provider is a licensed professional and an expert in their chosen field, requiring hundreds of hours of training; plus continuing education to renew their license. Product & treatment recommendations are made to help give you the best results while not compromising the health & safety of each guest. We believe in upholding higher standards and maintaining the integrity of our profession. Performing services outside our scope of practice is not permitted and illegal. We kindly ask that you treat our employees with respect and decency. Rude, or lewd comments, suggestions or uncomfortable situations will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate termination of your service
