We have 5 beautiful, cozy treatment rooms with a small intimate staff of licensed professionals that book up quickly.

To reserve your ideal spot, we suggest booking 2-3 weeks in advance & we may not be able to accommodate groups of 3 or more. 

Keep in mind evenings & weekends book quickly have a 4-6 week wait.

To ensure you get your desired date and time, please book in advance.

Appointment FAQs

Your booking site is not working, the day & time I want are not showing.

We book up quickly for many of our popular treatments. Especially when we have a limited staff licensed/certified in performing those services. Our booking site gives you an accurate look at our schedule. If you are not seeing a time you want, that time is already reserved by another guest. Yes, some of our staff is currently booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

I'm trying to book an appointment online and its asking for a credit card, but I've already bought a Groupon.

A credit card is REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. It is customary in any business where reservations are taken to keep a credit card on file in the event that you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or you 'No Show' your appointment. (For our cancellation/ no show policy see below). Your card is not charged during the reservation process.

 

Spa Etiquette

 

Arrival

Your treatment times are reserved just for you, please be considerate that other guests have booked their appointments after yours. We kindly ask  you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow a leisurely check in.

We do not have a receptionist, instead we all take the responsibilities of that role in between our clients. Should you arrive while we are in a treatment session, we invite you to relax, have a 'cuppa' and one of us will be available to check you in.

You may need to fill out paperwork, change into a robe, and/or enjoy a hot cup of tea prior to your beginning your service. Late arrivals will not be awarded additional time.

 

Cancellation/No Show

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the appointment time to avoid a fee equal to half the value of your services, this includes rescheduling day of. Missed or 'No Show' appointments will be charged in full.

 

Groupon/Local Flavor

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our Groupon deals, there may be a wait of up to 4 weeks or more depending on your preferred time/day.

A credit card is required to hold all appointments; including those with Groupon or Local Flavor Vouchers. Credit cards are not charged when booking an appointment.

EXPIRED VOUCHERS - Although the promotional value (the treatment/package of treatments) of the vouchers will expire, we still encourage you to experience what our spa has to offer.  All expired vouchers are still worth the paid value post expiration which may be used towards any of our spa services. Want to upgrade your massage to a full 60 minutes. Please add a note that you would like to add additional time for a massage if available. Additional cost is $15=15 minutes $30= 30minutes
